Cancellation Policy

Of course, we don't want you to cancel, but sometimes it happens, and we understand.
When it does, we have some guidelines you need to be aware of. 

Private bookings
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, or free rebooking until 6:00 PM three days before arrival.
You can now purchase cancellation protection at the time of booking, valid up to 24 hours before arrival. You will receive a full refund for your stay, excluding the cancellation protection fee (295 SEK/room). Does NOT apply to no refundable events.
Upon presentation of a medical certificate, the cancellation protection also applies on the day of arrival.

Private group bookings
If you are a private group of more than 12 people, the last free cancellation day is 14 days before arrival. Cancellation with cancellation protection and rebooking is possible up to 7 days before arrival.
For groups of more than 30 people, the last free cancellation day is 30 days before arrival.
Rebooking is possible up to 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation protection is not available for group bookings.

Conference or corporate bookings
If you are a group of more than 10 people, we follow Visita's rules regarding conferences and other events. This means that the last free cancellation day is 4 weeks before arrival. If cancellation occurs later than the specified date, 75% of the booking value will be charged. If you cancel later than two weeks before the arrival date, 100% of the booking value will be charged.
